An exciting opportunity awaits a technically minded, proactive and customer service focused individual to support our head office technical services department, based in Knoxfield. In this role you will provide key warranty administrative support to our branch network, customers, sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the Technical Services Department.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordination of all warranty claims. This position holds ultimate responsibility for the coordination of all warranty claims and the processing of all relevant documentation, including assistance to the branch network, freight coordination and liaison with suppliers.
Prioritisation and processing of warranty returns to completion in a timely manner to ensure
Baxters customer commitments are met.
Issuing warranty credit notes and technical reports to customers and the branch network.
Liaising with customers where disputes arise and successfully resolving conflicts that may arise.
Monitoring of quality and warranty trends. Regular liaison with product managers and suppliers to drive continual product quality improvement.
Alerting product managers when quality issues arise and working collaboratively with suppliers, customers, branch network and Baxters management to efficiently and diligently manage the quality control process.
Reporting of warranty costs to senior management on a monthly basis.
Continual improvement of the Baxters warranty and quality processes.
Submission of claims for reimbursement of warranty costs to suppliers for faulty goods.
