Graduate Program
As a Human Resources Graduate, you’ll utilise the skills gained throughout your degree to support the Bapcor team. While partnering with our experienced HR team you will gain an understanding of various HR functions like Business Partnering, Talent and Capability, HR Operations, and Zero Harm.
The Human Resources Graduate stream is the perfect place to dive into a dynamic work environment and continuously develop your skills across a broad range of functions – Every day brings new opportunities!
Day to Day Functions
- Recruitment and onboarding processes
- Awards and recognition
- Supporting Zero Harm (Safety) activities
- Administration and reporting on HR topics
- Participate in projects across the HR team
Key Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic administrative skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills
- Attention to detail
To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate Program, you’ll need to:
- Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
- Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of the program start date (e.g. 2021, 2022, 2023 or January 2024)
- Be able to commence full-time employment commencing February 2024
- Be willing to relocate to the location of the role you are applying to at your own cost (if necessary)
