Graduate Program
As a Supply Chain and Logistics Graduate, you will work alongside top industry professionals while working on key tasks that help Bapcor.
You'll get to experience what goes into moving and getting our products to market. Our Logistics operations across Australia cover just about every postcode. The automation of our distribution centers enables us to efficiently and reliably pack orders, reduce manual handling and deliver to our customers in full and on time.
Being involved in key activities such as supply planning and group inventory helps our business units run smoothly and efficiently, keeping Australia moving – an engaging balance between strategic insights and practical decision-making at a business level.
Day to Day Functions
- Site supply chain/transportation
- Supply planning and scheduling
- Researching best practice
- Group inventory/procurement
- Strategic planning/continuous improvement
- Warehousing- Inbound/ Outbound
Key Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate Program, you’ll need to:
- Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
- Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of the program start date (e.g. 2021, 2022, 2023 or January 2024)
- Be able to commence full-time employment commencing February 2024
- Be willing to relocate to the location of the role you are applying to at your own cost (if necessary)
