The Bapcor Graduate Program

The Bapcor (Australia) Graduate Program is a two-year program focused on providing you with career opportunities across our many businesses and brands.

Our program is a chance for you to work alongside and learn from a diverse group of professionals who are leaders in their field.

As a Bapcor Graduate you will be given the opportunity for:

Our structured, yet agile two-year development program is focused on growing the personal and professional skills of graduates from day one. From the moment you join the Bapcor family we start planning how to support you with:

  • Building Competencies & Individual targeted learning

2022 is our first year with a graduate program and we have big plans. We will look to establish self-led educational and development activities such as Meeting of the Minds, various e-learning programs, Lunch and learns with senior leaders and graduate led activities that focus on what you feel you need as a Bapcor

Your Support Network

 

You will be provided a strong support network throughout your journey, including:

  • A line manager during each rotation
  • An experience buddy to help you navigate, and
  • a dedicated Graduate Program Director to help you at any time!

Each member of your support network is responsible for supporting and guiding you through the various situations and stages of the program and is truly committed to helping you to be successful, they truly give a dam!
